The staff were helpful and attentive every time I dealt with them. The location was marvellous and magnificent for walking around a medieval castle. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

my recent stay in vitre was absolutely magical, thanks to le magic hotel & spa. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was stunning and brand new. my room was spacious and cool, with a fantastic shower. the pool was gorgeous, although a bit warm in the summer. i can't wait to return next year!

We definitely got great value for our money at Le Magic Hotel & Spa in Vitre. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable large bed. The shower was fantastic, and we were impressed enough to want to know the name of it. The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the old city and train station. The indoor pool was a great bonus, although we wished more guests took advantage of the small bar in the hotel foyer.

The hotel had helpful and friendly staff who spoke great English. The location was key; it was close to the train station and the old city. I also appreciated the private car park across the road, which was easy to access. Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was air-conditioning, which was a great amenity.

Although the pool area was lovely and quiet, there were only two sun loungers available. Facilities in the room were average, not what you'd expect for the price and star rating.
